Emergency contact details collected via secure forms (e.g., Google Forms or Typeform) approximately 30 days prior to trip departure, used solely for participant safety and accessed only in emergencies.
Messages submitted via contact or waitlist forms on our website.

All booking-related data is handled on WeTravel’s secure platform. We do not collect or store booking information directly through our website. WeTravel collects buyer and participant information, including first name, last name, email, payment details, trip status, and amount paid, as outlined in their terms (https://www.wetravel.com/terms (#)) and privacy policy (https://www.wetravel.com/privacy (#)).
Eva and the Planet does not store or process any payment data on its own website. All payment information is handled directly by our third-party provider, WeTravel, or Merchants of Record like LemonSqueezy or ThriveCart for digital products.
We do not require users to create an account on our website. All trip bookings are handled via WeTravel, where users may be asked to provide their name, email address, and payment details.
We will update your personal information whenever reasonably possible to ensure accuracy and completeness.
You are not required to submit any personal information to simply browse our website. However, to sign up for newsletters, join waitlists, or submit inquiries, you may be asked to provide limited personal information such as your name, email address, and country of residence.
